Quality of life improvement for the Vietnamese community is the main goal of our Community Development Plan. Our satisfaction measurement is based on your observation and evaluation of our working process and its outcomes.

RESEARCH

Our Focus Areas

With a data-driven method, our development project consists of four (4) different phases. We focus on the improvement outputs for the Vietnamese community in health, social needs, and community infrastructure.

Phase I

Survey, Data Collection

We are trying to reach out to the groups or organizations that have a high numbers of Vietnamese who can participate the survey. There is no bias in selecting the survey population within the Vietnamese community. The estimated survey population is about 5% of the Vietnamese community population in a targeted areas, counties, and zip codes.

Collected data consists of demographic, education, health, and socioeconomic status of individual citizen or resident within the Vietnamese community in a targeted area, counties, and zip codes.

Phase II

Community Need and Resource Analysis

Step 1: We are performing the data entry for the data that we collected from the community assessment survey. We review all comments and inputs from surveys or from all matter expert around table meetings.

Step 2: We are doing the data storage and data back-up to make sure data are in safe and protected. We are going to perform the data cleaning to make sure the data is clean and the output is accurate.

Step 3: The collected and clean data will be processed with different statistic software that consist of Tableau and R. The outputs from those data processing will be saved and stored for analysis.

Step 4: We are going to apply our professional knowledge and skills in data and health analytics to finalize the outcomes and using those outputs to plan for future strategies and/or activities in serving the community.

Phase III

Implementation: Clinical trial, Linkage, Social Work Services

We are going to serve the community through applying our planned strategies and activities. we are going to provide clinical and social assistant services or case management depending on the disparities of the communities and the needs of the Vietnamese community.

If we could posses the Federal grants, we would spend for the following items:

1. Rent offices

2. Buy medical supplies

3. Hire staffs

4. Office supplies

5. Buy one car to provide free transportation to the community for doctor visits or grocery shopping.

6. Expense for Legislation or Policies for Minor community in Health and Community Development.

Phase IV

Evaluation & Improvement

We are looking for the organizations and/or business owners who financially support us through advertising their businesses on our page, or through donations to pay for the survey printing cost.
